These terms govern use of mobile games, Google Play listings, websites, and support services published by Cinty Bay.
Acceptance
By downloading or using a Cinty Bay game, you agree to these terms and applicable Google Play terms.
License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, lawful use of our games.
Ads and Purchases
Some games contain ads and in-app purchases. Billing, refunds, and subscriptions are handled by Google Play according to its policies.
User Conduct
Do not misuse games, cheat, disrupt services, reverse engineer protected components, or violate applicable laws.
Ownership
Game names, code, artwork, audio, design, and related content are owned by or licensed to Cinty Bay.
Disclaimer
Games are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or device-compatible operation.
